To start with , my first phone call . We are new to the area and had yet to find a new dentist . But my son was having a dental issue . The receptionist was so nice , and got my son in in less than 48 hours .
We went to the appt , the staff was beyond nice . The wait time was non existent. Very laid back . Explained the details of my sons teeth so thoroughly . Made us feel comfortable enough that I made future appts for the rest of the family so they can be our regular family dentist . Also we ended up being about 30 minutes early for our appt and we still were taken back almost immediately. I highly recommend Albany dental associates.
